What we do.
Day to day operations
Oversee day-to-day operational activities across departments such as finance, marketing, human resources, production, supply chain, logistics, and customer service.
Strategies, policies, and procedures
Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies, policies, and procedures that enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
Support the exco
Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to execute the company’s strategic plans.
Cost control
Manage budgets and financial performance related to operations, ensuring cost control while maintaining quality and service levels.
People management
Lead, motivate, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Monitor and report
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational health and identify areas for improvement.
Drive change
Drive change management initiatives, including new product rollouts, restructuring, or other strategic shifts.
Stakeholder relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (employees and board), suppliers, customers, and partners.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
