In his 2011 book Flourish, Dr. Martin E.P. Seligman, defined 5 pillars of well-being that he calls PERMA - positive emotion, engagement, relationships, meaning, and accomplishment. The PERMA-Profiler measures these five pillars, along with negative emotion and health.
