I love lame jokes - have you heard this one: How many Jewish Grandmothers does it take to change a light-bulb? "Don't worry, I'll sit in the dark" And frankly that's how I see so many business leaders - stuck in passive/aggressive legacy cultures, busting their balls to motivate and engage their people, and convinced that this is as good as it gets. But it isn't - cultures can and do change, people are constantly shifting, the trick is to embrace change and be deliberate about it. You can sit in the dark... Or call me?
